Clean Thinking
As I am trying to get better with my health I have read
about clean eating. Clean eating is eating only those foods that are whole and
known to be good for you. Whole foods
are natural and full of vitamins and minerals that fuel the body and mind. You
feel good and have energy to take on whatever the world throws at you. In this way of eating, you stay away from
processed foods or foods that have no value to your body and may be very bad
for you. They may look good and even taste good in your mouth but once in your
body they turn into poison. Too much of taking in this type of food will have a
negative impact on your body and then your mind.
Your mind is no different. If you feed it wholesome clean information
it will be ready to take on whatever the world throws at it. Listen to positive
music. Read positive books. Watch something that lifts you up. Do these things
and you will feel good and think mostly good thoughts. This is important
because our thoughts is where the battle is fought.
