Overcompensating 

Have you ever noticed someone that is overweight and tries to compensate for it by overdoing something else? Every hair in its perfect place and makeup to a professional level. They wear beautiful clothes that are to distract you from seeing the truth. Only on the inside they are in chaos. A war rages every day in their mind. They can’t except the fact that they are beautiful just the way they? What things do you do to cover up your ugliness? How do you overcompensate?

We are not meant to be perfect. We all have flaws on the outside and the inside. A while back someone made sure that all our imperfections were made invisible. He did something that gave us freedom from ugliness and chaos. If you will believe in Him, you will be able to see the true beauty in all of us. Because you will be looking through His eyes. His sacrifice freed us. His name is Jesus and He is waiting for you to ask Him for new sight. Sight that shows the real person. The soul of a person. Even if that person is you. You are flawless in His eyes.
