Repair The Damage


When you get home after a long day you need to repair the damage. The enemy has been pounding you all day long through other people, situations, what you hear, what you see and what you think. You need to repair your mind and spirit. The way to do that is to take a few minutes and turn everything off. Sit in a comfortable chair and clear your mind. Close your eyes and take a deep breath through your nose and very slowly let it out through your mouth. Do this three to five times and you will feel the stress being released from your body. Think on the good things in your life and be thankful. This will release feel good hormones and you will feel better. Now that you have taken control of your feelings remember God is strong and He wants you strong. He is with you always. How can we feel bad when we have God with us always? Use the gifts He gave you to repair the damage every day.
