Do you have a daily improvement plan? Me neither. I am going to start one though. What is it you ask?
DAILY IMPROVEMENT PLAN is an intentional plan to get better at something every day. I break things down into three categories.
1. Physical
2. Mental
3. Spiritual
Pick one or more of these three areas each day that you will work on to get better.
An example would be start walking first thing in the morning for the physical part. Another might be start journaling every day for the mental part and for the spiritual one start reading your Bible at a certain time everyday. You have to put a plan together for at least a week. Then follow through. I can't say that I will do something every day but even if I only do something for five days a week think about how much better I will be in a year.
Here are some examples of things you can do.
Volunteer
Go to a museum
Cook
Walk in nature
Go listen to live music
Reach out to an old friend
Start a book with a friend
Do a financial plan
Clean and organize a closet
Start using a app for spending, recipes, fitness or motivation.
Workout
Go for a ride in the country
You get the idea. DO SOMETHING NOW!
