Are you a better person today than you were yesterday?
I am not perfect nor will I ever be but I try to get just a little better each day. What does that look like? Well, it may be just making one small better decision today than you did yesterday. Like parking farther away from the store you are at so you have to walk more or choosing to eat the baked chicken instead of the fried. Maybe it’s taking time to read something that inspires you or teaches you something new. Maybe it’s getting on your knees for the first time in a long while or ever. For some of you deciding to smile and be kind to other people is a good idea. None of these are life changing in themselves but all done over a long period of time will be life changing. When you greet someone today and they ask how you are say “I’m Getting Better”. Write it on your bathroom mirror and say it to yourself every day. If you do this, a year from now when you look back you will be amazed at the difference in you. You will be happier and healthier.
